u_goonzu.exe is under processes I think. Try ending this process from the task manager after quitting the game.

Also, I highly recommend using Internet Explorer if you are using Mozilla Firefox or other browsers.

If I were in your position heres what I would do..(personally)

1. uninstall the game and all its components. (sorry, I know you guys reinstalled a billion times already)

2.delete cookies and temporary files.

3.restart computer

4.open Internet Explorer and go to the website

5.Install luminary

6. If done successful, the OK button will be clickable.

7. If you can play, congratulations. If yours crashes after selecting character, then the problem is much more deeper. Also, if the problem is eminent to ALL incoming users, then it is most likely a faulty program that just occured in the past few days in the website link. but I doubt that.

(internet explorer aç ve siteye git)
5.Install luminary
(luminaryi yükle)
